"Get Connected and get Creative!"

Everyone "born of God" has a sacred flame that dwells deep within them. This "consuming fire" is the very presence of God Himself. The Bible sums up the concept of God in one all-encompassing word when it states "God is LOVE." Therefore, the very quintessence of God is fire and love… or fiery love! Our Heavenly Father is the only Source of all pure passion and of true compassion.

This sacred fire that lives within us is nothing less than our heavenly Father’s burning love for His Son and for souls. It is a Holy flame that fuels Holy passion for Jesus and divine affection for all mankind, and it burns hottest for the helpless and the hopeless. Father God has the deepest concern for those who are suffering in this life (the poor) and for those who are destined to suffer in the next life (the lost). He wants to ignite within us (His Church) like never before His burning passion and compassion for the poor and the lost.

CREATIVE COMPASSION

Everyone born of God has not only this consuming "compassion fire" abiding within them, but they also have a "creative fire." We will never reach our God-ordained potential without both of these flames fully lit. We are now in a time when God is preparing us for a divine combustion as He is about combine these two flames into one unquenchable fire… it is called Creative Compassion. Creative compassion is creativity used for the right motives… the glory of God and the salvation of man!

Like a blazing firestorm of unfailing love this blessed flame is about to burn in and through God’s people and into the very ends of the earth! There truly will be dancing in the streets!

THE CREATIVE FLAME

You may have heard, in reference to someone who has a creative bend or gifting, that he or she has "a creative flair." All mankind is made in the image of the Creator, so all humans, by nature, are creative. But those who have been born again of the Spirit of God have much more than a "creative flair." We have a "creative flame" alive and well in us. It is an anointing to break every yoke! The devil is terribly afraid of this flame being wholly kindled in God’s people. For creativity, through sound and sight and all forms of media, is one of the primary weapons that the devil relentlessly uses against us. Lucifer, the fallen worship angel, has been aggressively working overtime, possessing and perverting the creativity and imaginations of men for the demented purpose of enslaving and destroying multitudes with his lies and perversions.

OUR CREATOR IS CREATIVE!

One thing we must never overlook about our Creator is that He is exceedingly creative… and all that He creates is very good! Therefore, God has an extremely imaginative and innovative offspring / family, who have freely inherited the wonderful gift of creativity! All around the world right now, Creator God is fanning the flames of creative gifts in His people. The enemy has come in with a destructive flood, but now the Spirit of the Lord is rising up a creative standard against him. God is releasing a massive wave of supernaturally "good" creativity through His pure children that will push back and overcome the tides of evil that have been unleashed in the Earth.

One thing that we must understand is that we don't have to necessarily be singers, dancers, or visual artists to be creative. We just have to know the Creator! The Lord is getting ready to radically redefine creativity… just as He is Church! He wants to infuse all aspects of our lives with His exceedingly innovative Spirit. His creative power is fully deposited in His children through His Spirit, and it is about to burst forth and bring new life and restoration to everything and everyone it touches. He has truly saved the best for last! "He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the LORD." (Ps. 40:3)

The CROSS -- the Epitome of Creative Love!

True love is the most powerful creative force in all of creation. God has loved us in the most groundbreaking way possible… the extraordinary life of the God-man Jesus… and the Cross! The way that Jesus loved us on the cross is the most profound and creative expression of love ever witnessed in the universe. His pure sacrifice ultimately produced a phenomenon that we now call Resurrection life!

Resurrection life is the ultimate in creativity. It is not merely a regurgitation of something old and neither is it something that has merely been improved upon…. It is something totally brand new! Resurrection life is superior to its former state. Just think, Jesus’ newly resurrected body could walk through walls and even ascend into the air! We who are in Christ are His new creations, and He said that we who believe in Him would do the things that He did and even greater things! Yes, this means those who are in Christ Jesus have inherited miraculous creativity and power! We have transcended merely acting and looking like the world.

All who are in Jesus have a prophetic fire dwelling within them that is to be fully unleashed upon the Earth. This Holy Spirit-inspired release of creativity, motivated by true love for God and compassion for our fellow man, is what it will take to start a worldwide Harvest Fire! God is now releasing new and innovative ways of spreading the gospel, serving the poor, reaching the lost, healing families, restoring communities, taking cities, and changing entire nations!

There is indeed mega-metamorphosis about to take place in God’s people that will dramatically impact the entire world. The Church is about to get creative! We are about to be divinely inspired concerning how we live our lives and how we do ministry.

REMOVE THE STONE!

It is important that we are truly thankful for the people that have laid down there lives to get us to this juncture in Church history, but the present reality is that, in general, much of the way we have been doing Church is not working for the fast changing times that we are in. The devil’s time is short and he is on a rampage… and that stark reality check that we must be aware of is that in many cities, cultures, and nations he is deceiving multitudes and winning the battle. In many cases these old conventional ways of doing ministry are as good as dead.

God is currently rolling away an old cold stone from the Church so that the power of His Resurrection Life can now come bursting forth! So what is this old stone that is being removed? It is dead religion and lifeless traditions that have become uncreative, ineffective and ultimately boringly irrelevant. There is an entirely new LIFE coming to God’s people; it is a Spirit inspired life one which is exceptionally imaginative, inventive and even artistic. God’s people will soon begin to burst out with fresh and creative ways of expressing and sharing God’s love and truth to a dying world.

Out-Reach is about to become ART-REACH!

We are about to see God revive hearts using the arts on an unprecedented scale. I believe here's no mistake that the word "art" is found in the word HEART. In the heart of God’s heart is found art! God desires to give us the fullness of His heart. This means that we can also receive the fullness of His art! Are you ready to receive the very heart of the Creator?

The Spirit of the Lord, the Creator of heaven and earth, is about to rise up armies of His Creative Warriors. Who are these Creative Warriors? They are a pure peculiar people who are wholly given to using their spiritual and creative gifts to glorify God and to fight the violent war that rages for the souls of men. They are the Lord’s last day Special Forces.

Come to Harvest Fire this year and feel the Lord breathe upon the flickering flame that God has been placed in you… until it becomes a wild inferno of creative compassion that will burn into the nations!
